Deliveries and returns

DELIVERY OPTIONS



Orders are made by La Poste via COLISSIMO, a delivery service with tracking, delivery without signature, or by Mondial RELAY to one of the collection points of your choice.

If delivery takes place outside mainland France, customs fees may be imposed depending on the country of delivery. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

DELIVERY TIMES



Your orders are processed Monday to Friday within 48 to 72 business hours (subject to payment validation and stock availability). Processing times may be longer during school holidays.

For orders of personalized products (embroidery), an additional delay of 7 to 10 days will be added.

ORDER TRACKING & DELIVERY



Once your order is validated, you will be notified by email of the shipment with the tracking number for your package.

If the chosen delivery method is La Poste via Colissimo, the buyer's order will be delivered to their home by their postman. If the buyer is absent, they will receive a delivery notice from their postman to collect the ordered products from the nearest post office within the timeframe specified by the postal service.

The risks associated with transport are borne by the purchaser from the moment the items leave the premises of the Uniform Workshop.

The buyer is required to check, in the presence of the delivery person's representative, the condition of the packaging and its contents upon delivery.

In case of damage during transport, any complaint must be made to the carrier within three days of delivery.

Deliveries are made to the address indicated on the order form.

RETURN AN ITEM - REFUND



You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your product (except for personalized products (with embroidery)).

  1. Prepare your package with the product(s) (unworn, unwashed, and unaltered) placed in the original packaging with all tags attached. Personalized products (with embroidery) cannot be returned.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

  • Upon receipt of your package by our logistics team, we will process the refund for the returned product(s). The refund will be issued using the same method as your original order. Processing times may be longer during school holidays.


EXCHANGE AN ITEM



It is not possible to exchange an item (for another size or model).

You need to return your item to us so we can refund you and place a new order.
