ANSWERS TO YOUR QUESTIONS:
HOW DO I CHOOSE THE SIZE OF MY APRON?
To help you choose your size, please refer to our size guide . We recommend imagining a thick winter sweater underneath.
Take this sweater and lay it flat in front of you. Using a tape measure, measure the sweater and then compare the measurements obtained with the corresponding chart.
For your information, all our measurements (in centimeters) are taken with the apron laid flat on the buttoned front. IS IT POSSIBLE TO PERSONALIZE MY SCHOOL APRON?
You have the option to personalize your child's school apron with their name and/or first name as well as your school's logo.
Note:
- Once embroidered, the apron cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Please allow an additional week after receipt of your payment.
Our school apron is made from a blend of 65% polyester and 35% cotton, and is machine washable at 30°C. It's extremely soft, durable, and requires no ironing. After washing, shake the apron twice before hanging it on a hanger. DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE?
We do not have a physical store. All orders are placed on our website. However, at your school's request, we can organize sales within your establishment to allow parents to benefit from our preferential rate (for group purchases). WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS (CASH, CHECK, CREDIT CARD)?
Payment is only accepted by credit card on our website. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER CONFIRMATION.
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email notification with the tracking number. If you haven't received it, please check your junk mail or spam folder. WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?
Your orders are processed Monday through Friday within 48 to 72 business hours (subject to payment validation and stock availability). For personalized product orders, an additional week will be added. These delivery times are estimates only; if they exceed thirty days from the order date, the sales contract may be canceled and the buyer refunded. WHAT IS THE DELIVERY METHOD?
Orders are shipped via La Poste's Colissimo service, a tracked delivery service requiring no signature upon receipt, or via Mondial Relay to one of your chosen collection points. If delivery takes place outside mainland France, customs fees may apply depending on the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. DO YOU DELIVERIES TO SCHOOLS?
Group delivery to your establishment is possible. Orders are placed online and have a deadline.
WHAT ARE THE RETURN CONDITIONS?
You have 14 days from the delivery date to return your product. The product must not have been worn, washed, or altered. It must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.*Return shipping costs are your responsibility.**Personalized products (embroidery) are not eligible for a refund or exchange. I WANT TO MODIFY/CANCEL THE ORDER I JUST PLACED?
If the package hasn't been shipped yet, you can contact us at 06.29.17.25.92 and we'll take the necessary steps to modify or cancel the order. If the package has already been sent, unfortunately, you'll have to wait until you receive it before returning it.
